SUV driver fatally strikes pedestrian on Central Ave

ST PETERSBURG, FL – The driver of an SUV fatally collided with a woman on Central Ave Sunday, according to WFLA.

Meghan Prettyman, 34, was crossing the street when the driver hit her around 12:52 a.m.

First responders transported Prettyman to an area hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
