TARPON SPRINGS, FL – Police have arrested the suspected driver in a hit-and-run incident that killed a woman in Tarpon Springs, WFLA reports.
This is an update to a previous story.
The victim, 59-year-old Terry Bruillard, was fatally struck last month while riding her bicycle in the area of U.S. Alternate 19 and Wood Dove Avenue. Police said the driver kept going south after the crash.
The man arrested, 24-year-old Zachary Caride, was apprehended in the New Port Richey area by Tarpon Springs police with the help of the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
