LEALMAN, FL – Troopers responded to a fatal motorcycle crash at 54th Ave N and 31st St N Saturday, the Tampa Bay Times reports.
The victim, a 60-year-old woman, was on eastbound 54th Ave N near 31st St N when she lost control of the motorcycle around 2:07 a.m. and struck a curb.
The collision ejected the woman from the motorcycle and she landed on the roadway, where a sedan operated by a 24-year-old then hit her.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene of the accident.
Authorities have not released the names of the motorcyclist or driver.
