WINTER HAVEN, FL – A driver is charged with DUI manslaughter following a crash that killed a bicyclist in Polk County last week, according to The Ledger.
This is an update to a previous story.
The accident occurred last Wednesday in Winter Haven, where troopers said a bicyclist was riding on 7th Street Southwest when he was struck from behind by a sedan driven by 36-year-old Geneva Cunningham of Winter Haven. The bicyclist, 53-year-old Samuel Harris, was pronounced dead at the scene.
