Neil practices law with tenacity and an uncommon compassion for his clients that comes from surviving a catastrophic plane crash in 2011 that the FAA and NTSB determined was caused by pilot error. Because of his experiences coping with, and recovering from, very serious, life-threatening injuries, Neil practices with an understanding and compassion that few attorneys possess.
As a result of his injuries from the plane crash, Neil made the decision to move from the cold winter climate of Northeastern Ohio, and in 2013, after 11 years of managing his
own reputable practice in Ohio, Neil relocated to South Florida, where he practices today.
Early in his career, Neil gained valuable experience trying cases to juries in many areas of criminal law including Murder, Sex Offenses, Kidnapping, Drug Trafficking, Criminal Gang Activity, Felonious Assault, Escape, Theft, Forgery, and Domestic Violence.
As his litigation skills advanced, Neil changed the focus of his practice from criminal defense to complex civil litigation. Neil has experience litigating cases in many areas of civil law including Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Auto Collisions, Legal Malpractice, Premises Liability, Construction Litigation, and Business Litigation.
